my baby girl has been cruising for a few months. we've been working with her at home on walking. her teachers at daycare has been working with her on walking. she loves walking while holding your hand. she also loves crawling cause she can go fast!
one afternoon last week, at pick-up, 5 days before she turned 13 months, she got up, on her own to walk for me! i was so proud and excited for her ... miss independent.
six days (four pick-ups) later, when I reached for her hand, she swats my hand away. off towards the door she goes, on her own. time to go home. miss independent. {sigh}
